Jamar Talley, 23, has dreams to become the first Camden, New Jersey, Olympian boxer since 1928. His boxing journey has not been an easy one as he was jumped in sixth grade, sparking his boxing journey. Ever since Talley has earned respect from his peers with the nickname “No Mercy” due to his pure power and strength. Talley fell short of making the Olympics in 2020, but since has won gold in the 2023 Gee Bee International Tournament and AMBC Elite Championship in 2022. Talley also placed third in the 2023 Strandja International Tournament and fifth at the 2021 World Championships.
