Registration for 2023 Junior Training Camp Opens in July

Registration for the 2023 Junior Training Camp at the Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. will be opening in the coming weeks for junior boxers. Boxers born in 2007-2008 can register for the week-long training camp to train with USA Boxing High Performance Coaches.

The camp, which will run Sept. 2-9 for junior female boxers and Sept. 10 - 17 for junior male boxers, will cost $595/boxer. The cost includes lodging, three meals per day, a camp t-shirt and access to all training sessions.

Participants coming from out of state are responsible for their own flight to San Diego Airport. USA Boxing will provide ground transportation to and from the airport to the training center. If a participant is local, he or she will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the training center.

Registration is capped at three boxers per weight. Weight classes that will be able to attend are the junior international weights (101 lbs. – 176+ lbs.). Boxers must be current members of USA Boxing.

Boxers who won gold at the 2022 USA Boxing National Championships in December 2022 have been sent invites and will have their travel and housing paid by USA Boxing as one of the three boxers per weight.
