Adam Willett In Critical Condition

The USA Boxing family’s thoughts and prayers are with amateur boxer Adam Willet (see attached media link).  It is reported that Adam was shot in the torso and remains in critical condition.   

The circumstances of Adam's shooting are still under investigation, but police are reporting it may have been a robbery attempt.  Others have reported that Adam, a school security guard, was protecting several students from a gang confrontation at the mall.  

Our thoughts and prayers are with Adam and his family at this time.
