immediately.

• New Policy regarding membership fees for first time registering athletes. 
  Effective September 1,2010 half price membership fees for new athletes registering between September 1 and December 31, 2010.

• Deni Auclair, Finance Committee Member, will travel to the National Office in September to review USA Boxing financial records.

• The Judicial Committee, now headed by Richard Trindle will be revising the grievance procedure.

• The Board has approved moving from the' ask Force concept to appointing USA Boxing committees, The BOD unanimously appointed the following committee chairs:
