2010 Under 19 National Championships

In 2010 USA Boxing will host the Under 19 National Championships.  This event will take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, with arrival date being the 8^th of February and the departure date being the 13^th of February.  

• February 8^th - Arrival Day & Registration
• February 9^th through 12^th - Competition Bouts Contested
• February 13^th - Departure Day

This event is an open national tournament for male and female athletes.  Because the event is a direct qualifier for international competition, it is limited to USA Boxing members who are citizens of the United States.

Age Determination Date:  Athletes must be born between January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1993. 

The male champions of this event will represent USA Boxing and the United States at the 2010 AIBA Youth World Championships in April.  Due to there not being a female Youth World Championships in 2010, the female champions will not advance to the international level.     

In terms of financial responsibility, all costs are to be covered by the participant.  These costs include, but are not limited to:

• Housing
• Meals
• Transportation
• Registration Fee
