USA Boxing will cover transportation, meals and housing for one official and one coach per LBC.  If the individual is driving, mileage will be reimbursed at a cost of 36.5 cents per mile, round trip, up to a total of the price of an airline ticket or $350 (whichever is lower).    Additional individuals may attend the seminar at their own cost, to include transportation, meals and housing.  USA Boxing is limited on the total amount of beds therefore registration acceptance will be on a first come first serve basis.  Housing at the Olympic Training Center will cost $25 per night.  (Room and Board)

The LBC President and LBC Chief of Officials need to agree on the official that will represent the LBC.  The LBC President will choose the coach that will represent the LBC.  Registration forms are enclosed with this mailing and will only be accepted with an LBC President signature.  The forms must be returned to the USA Boxing office no later than February 6, 2009.  Housing is limited, so please reply by this date.   LBC's that do not reply by February 6, 2009 will forfeit their opportunity to send participants, no exceptions.

It is mandatory that the coaches bring their Coaching Olympic Style Boxing Manual to the clinic.  If they do not have one or forget to bring theirs, the manual will be available for purchase at the clinic for $30 each.

Please inform officials that Level III testing will be given and coaches that Level III and Level IV testing will be administered this year.  Everyone will also need to bring along some work out clothes for part of the clinic.

In order for your airline ticket to be booked your form must be sent to Andrew Madigan.  Once your ticket has been reserved you will receive an email allowing you to review your itinerary.  All tickets will be electronic tickets and will be delivered via email.  It is important that each form has a valid email address on it.  Once you verify the information on the itinerary it will be ticketed and the final copy will be emailed to you.
