My fight in the quarterfinals went very smooth. This was the fight I was probably most nervous for since it's the deciding fight to who goes onto the medal rounds. But the fight went good and after the first round I was up 2-0.  Candy and Bill gave me good advice in the corner with Izzy (Israel Acosta) in the stands telling me what the Dominican was open for. The second round had more action in it with me going up 9-3. The third round to me was very dull. Nobody scored any points and most of the time I was just moving around and trying the kill the clock. The fourth round went better, with me scoring 3 points and him scoring none.  So I was happy after my win.=)

Now onto the medal rounds.  I fight the Puerto Rican fighter tomorrow.
